I originally only gave 2 stars for my order but have changed it to 5 stars. I ordered the Deluxe Bouquet which stated there would be 24 roses, however, only 12 were received. I contacted the company and they immediately sent my mother in law another 12 roses. I was very pleased with the service I received and my mother in law was over the moon with the beautiful flowers. Thank you Ivy Cottage for the excellent service.

Due to circumstances pink was substituted with red and they were beautiful. So nice and easy to work with! Highly recommend!
