I ordered Secret Oasis online and received a call from the Cottage almost immediately informing me they were out of orchids. I really had my heart set on the orchids but the lady suggested several substitutes and I agreed to that. I also requested a different color planter which she obliged, and a photo to be sent to me of the arrangement when it was finished. I must say, what she created was much more beautiful than the picture I tried to order. I was very pleased with the customer service and creativity of Ivy Cottage and would gladly use them again!

The flower arrangement for my sister's Memorial Service was beyond beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was obvious the care and love that went into the arrangement. I have definitely found a new florist for future needs. Thank you so very much!
